Summary of development and consultation process |
|
Ringa Hora carried out an analysis of Level 2 and 3 Services qualifications and found that there is some overlap in outcomes that needs to be removed. Ringa Hora carried out consultation activities with Services industry stakeholders, including employees, employers, associations, and the vocational education sector via webinars, interviews and surveys to gather their feedback on this outcome overlap and decide on next steps. As a result of this consultation, the new qualification listed above was developed. |
