Summary of review and consultation process |
The Music qualifications were reviewed by Toi Mai Workforce Development Council as part of the five-year review cycle. The review was overseen by a specialist advisory group consisting of representatives from the sector and of providers currently offering programmes leading to the qualifications. Following preliminary engagements across the sector, an advisory group was convened at the end of January 2024 to complete draft revision to the qualifications. The advisory and related working groups had further meetings from February through April, after which the proposed changes were distributed for consultation through an online survey and discussions with key stakeholders. Consultation feedback was integrated into the final versions as appropriate. |
