Summary of development/review and consultation process |
|
The review of the New Zealand Certificate in Credit Administration (Level 3) [Ref: 2765] and New Zealand Certificate in Credit Management (Level 4) [Ref: 2766] started in May 2024. Ringa Hora Services Workforce Development Council consulted with the relevant stakeholders of the qualification. The stakeholders consisted of industry, associations, regulatory bodies, and education providers. Consultation concluded that minor changes needed to be made for the qualification to remain fit for purpose and future-proof for the next 5 years. |

The following were updated in each qualification: · Qualification version and review dates · Education pathways included accounting and finance-related qualifications and credentials. · Employment pathways included employment roles in finance and trade credit industries · Evidence requirements for assuring consistency. · Programme Endorsement considerations were included in the General Conditions. |
