Summary
The above skill standards were listed in March 2025. Following recent feedback from NZQA about the approval of programmes that contain single learning outcome skill standards, it was decided to review these standards.
These standards have been reviewed to expand the number of learning outcomes and assessment criteria. The overall intent of the skill standards has not changed. This review was carried in consultation with a provider and industry experts.
Main changes
· Additional learning outcomes and assessment criteria added to standards to facilitate alignment with programmes of study.
· Minor rewording of the purpose statement to ensure consistency across standards.
