Ringa Hora Services Workforce Development Council has completed a rollover and revision of the unit standards listed above.

Summary

Ringa Hora Services Workforce Development Council, in consultation with stakeholders, has revised and rolled over Real Estate unit standards.

Relevant industry stakeholders have confirmed that these unit standards are still fit for purpose, and with skill standards being developed to align with Real Estate suite of qualifications due for review by December 2026. Changes to these unit standards include new versions and the next review date.

Main changes

· The planned review date was extended to 31 December 2025 to 31 December 2027.

· Standard setting body details were updated from Skills Organisation to Ringa Hora Services Workforce Development Council.

· Privacy Act was updated in unit standard 30488. PC2.3 was updated due to regulatory changes.

· PC 2.1 of unit standard 30485 was updated due to regulatory changes.
