Summary

This standard was developed to allow providers to use unit standard assessment in the Health of the Older Person – Kaiāwhina-led Non-complex Support Plan Review micro-credential (Level 3, 3 credits) (Ref: 5038-1).

The standard was drafted by Toitū te Waiora following consultation organised by a requesting stakeholder.
