Summary of review and consultation process |
Targeted consultation was carried out in September 2024. Discussions were held with Apiculture NZ Chief Executive and the Head of Education and Skills Focus Group. Feedback from the targeted consultation indicated that the current set of qualifications met industry needs, and that they are extremely well used. A recent consistency review indicated that providers were satisfied with the qualifications and there was no need for changes at this stage. The qualifications were deemed fit for purpose. |
Main changes resulting from the development/review process |
Qualification reviews indicated they were fit for purpose, and no major changes were required. Transferred on the current template and reversioned. Minor updates for currency included qualification award, consistency and general conditions for programmes. Programme endorsement information was added. Review and transition dates were set. |
