Registration of Ecological Management skill standards

The Toi Mai Workforce Development Council has completed the development of the skill standards listed above.

Summary

Six skill standards were developed in response to industry feedback which identified a need for training and credentials for people considering general roles in conservation. 

Development of the standards was carried out with industry practitioners throughout 2025.  Feedback was obtained through open consultation on Toi Mai’s website and incorporated into the draft skill standards. Feedback received was reviewed and incorporated into the skill standards.
