Summary of development and consultation process

These new qualifications respond to an identified industry need for qualifications that focus on the promotion and production aspects of creative products.  These qualifications will provide graduates with the skills to promote, lead and coordinate creative products in various creative areas including performing arts, gaming, screen and visual arts.

Toi Mai has worked with industry and providers to develop these qualifications.  Wider public consultation with industry and providers held May – August 2025, directly and through Toi Mai’s website.

Main changes resulting from the development process

Two qualifications have been listed at Level 4 and Level 5. 

The level 4 certificate focuses on the promotion of a creative product; the level 5 diploma builds on this knowledge and expands to end to end creative production.
