Summary of review and consultation process |
Programme development identified that evidence was not able to be collected to meet assessment conditions for individual Graduate Profile Outcome (GPOs). The original intention of the assessment conditions was that the ‘on balance’ rule applies where learners provide evidence from across the programme as a whole rather than for individual GPOs. To reflect this, they were repositioned into the General conditions for the programme leading to the qualification, to be overarching. |
Main changes resulting from the development/review process |
The following assessment condition was removed from the GPO Conditions relating to graduate profile, and repositioned into the General conditions for programmes, so they would apply across to the programme as a whole. 1. Theory assessment of dairy cattle plus at least two other rural animal species. 2. Practical assessment must include dairy cattle plus at least one other rural animal species. 3. Rural animal species include cattle, sheep, deer, alpaca, llama, pigs, goats, or poultry. The qualification was republished. |
