Summary

Muka Tangata has reviewed the above standards as part of the review cycle.  Over the past 6 months the project has been undertaken in close consultation with Technical Advisory Group (TAG) members and with input and support from key stakeholders across the Field Hydrology sector.  As a result of the above review unit standards were expired and replaced by skill standards below.

Main changes

· Six skill standards were developed to replace six unit standards.

· Unit standard 28807 was expired without replacement.

· The standard setting body details and contact and coverage information were updated from the Primary Industry Training Organisation to Muka Tangata – People, Food and Fibre Workforce Development Council.

Category C and D unit standards will expire at the end of December 2027.
