Summary

Construction and Specialist Trades Industry Skills Board has extended the next planned review date to December 2028 as the Plumbing, Gasfitting, and Drainlaying (PGD) Strategic Reference Group and Technical Reference Group have indicated that the unit standards are current and fit for purpose.  Responsibility for this application has been transferred from Waihanga Ara Rau Workforce Development Council to the Construction and Specialist Trades Industry Skills Board to reflect the VET reforms.

Main changes

· Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Drainlaying Registration and Licensing) Notices were updated to the latest version.

· The planned review date was extended from 31 December 2024 to 31 December 2028.

· Standard Setting Body details updated to the Construction and Specialist Trades Industry Skills Board.

All unit standards listed above moved to CMR 0120.
