Summary of review and consultation process

Toi Mai Workforce Development Council  reviewed this qualification. Input and feedback from key stakeholders were invited and incorporated into the review through August-October 2025. Key phases in the process included:

· The only provider support the content: enrolments had been steady over the last two years; the resources and assessment support resources had been discussed regularly with the cycle skills industry senior assessor mentors which included the content of both online and hard copy resources.

· Industry and key stakeholders reported positively of the qualification graduate profile outcomes with no changes required.

· Toi Mai consulted on the review through direct email, and via the Toi Mai website.

· Qualification confirmed fit for purpose.

Responsibility for the qualification was transferred from Toi Mai Workforce Development Council to the Services Industry Skills Board to reflect the VET reforms.

Minor updates to qualification, including education pathways, award and programme conditions to ensure currency.
