The Education, Health, and Community Industry Skills Board (EHC ISB) initiated a review of the qualifications in May 2026, and a review support package was requested from NZQA. Providers offering programmes leading to these qualifications are no longer operating. There is no other data or information available as these qualifications are not currently in use and there are no providers currently offering these qualifications The EHC ISB published communications about the proposal to expire these qualifications on https://www.ehcisb.nz and in Ed Insider. This allowed an opportunity for affected parties to feedback on the proposal. No feedback was received. The EHC ISB recommended the expiry of these qualifications. |
