Changes to private training establishments
NZQA expects private training establishments (PTEs) to notify NZQA of any of the following changes within the PTE:
- Change of delivery site (permanent and temporary)
- New delivery site (permanent and temporary)
- Change of governing members
- Change of ownership
- Change to trading name
NZQA will then assess the appropriateness of the change and how it affects the PTE’s ongoing registration.
A PTE must demonstrate that it will continue to meet the requirements for registration with NZQA after the change.
