Data Management

Schools need to send to NZQA candidate details, results and entries for internal assessment as well as entries for external assessment.

The accuracy of this information including candidate information is vital, as NZQA uses these results to award qualifications and endorsements.  If external entries are not accurate, it increases the possibility of administrative errors such as the loss of papers in the marking process.

Schools should provide staff with appropriate levels of access to enable them to fulfill the roles they perform.
