Product Updates from 9 December 2019

On 9 December 2019, Qualifications Recognition Services (QRS) will change its suite of products and introduce a new online application portal. These changes are the result of extensive research and consultation to better meet the needs of applicants and end users.

Existing Applications
If you submitted an application before 7 December 2019, the changes to our products will not affect your application.
You will continue to have access to your existing dashboard by logging in through our website, and your results statement will be available from there once the assessment is complete.

Please see below for details on how existing products will be affected.

New Online Application Portal

A newly designed online application web portal will be introduced on 9 December 2019 to apply for QRS products. Once you register through the new web portal, you will be able to apply for our products, view your submitted and draft applications, and download your results statement directly from your online dashboard.

Closed Applications

Closed applications will still be accessible through the current dashboard by logging in from our website. The current dashboard will be available until 9 June 2020. After this date, you will need to contact us if you would like a copy of your results statement. PARs are valid for one year; IQAs and OSAs are valid indefinitely. We hold records of completed applications for six years from the year of completion, so you can contact us within that timeframe if you wish to obtain a copy of your results statement.

Agent Accounts

If you are an agent and have had access to an agent account for your clients, you will no longer be able to apply through this account from 9 December 2019. After this date, you will need to submit a normal application under your client’s name. You will be able to enter your agent details during the application process so that we are aware you are acting on behalf of a client.

While you will not be able to apply for new applications through your agent account, it will remain valid until 9 June 2020. This will give you access to completed and in-flight applications submitted before 9 December 2019.

To receive more information, please contact us and provide your name, business name and registration number.
