Stakeholder Consultation Hui for the Review of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori Qualifications - May 2015

We welcome you to attend the upcoming Stakeholder Consultation Hui for the review of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori qualifications, which are being held in May 2015.
Māori Qualifications Services (NZQA) in collaboration with our Te Reo and Tikanga Māori Governance Group, are facilitating a series of a half-day stakeholder consultation hui with stakeholders to discuss the proposed new suite of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori qualifications that have been prepared for the 'application for approval to list.' The purpose will be to gather stakeholder feedback to ensure the qualifications meet the needs and aspirations of our whānau, hapū, iwi and communities.
It is important that all stakeholders with an interest in the outcome of these qualifications participate in the stakeholder consultation to ensure the proposed new suite of qualifications meet the requirements of their workforce and community. We invite a range of stakeholders to attend including students, teachers, tertiary providers, and qualification owners.
