Transition

The last date for assessment of superseded versions of standard 11280 is December 2020.

4098 and 30421

At the same time as the review of 11280, 4098 and its suitability for different stakeholders was the subject of ongoing discussion across the sector. The original proposal was to replace 4098 and potentially revise 30421 but after feedback from consultation it was decided instead to revise and roll over 4098, with a planned review date to match other standards in the Assessment of Learning domain. This would allow time to gather further evidence on the usage patterns of all standards in the Assessment of Learning domain, both in the context of the New Zealand Certificate in Assessment Practice (Level 4) [Ref: 2752], and as stand-alone standards. The revision of 30421 was subsequently withdrawn.

Standard 4098 was listed in August 2017.
