People credited with this unit standard are able to:
- identify legislation, Codes of Practice, Standards, and organisations that have an impact on the work of electricians.
- demonstrate knowledge of the responsibilities and limitations of registered electricians.
- demonstrate knowledge of the Electricity (Safety) Regulations.
- demonstrate knowledge of AS/NZS 3000.
