People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate knowledge of water resources for hydro-electricity generation; identify and communicate current hydrological status; maintain dispatched generation, water flows, and water storage within hydrological parameters; respond to and manage abnormal conditions; and document water use for hydro-electricity generation.
