This unit standard replaced the components relating to endorsement F requirements of unit standard 16670 and unit standard 16671. The forklift handling aspects of those unit standards are covered in unit standard 10851.
People credited with this unit standard are able to describe: the legal requirements relating to the driving of a forklift on a road, driving procedures and general considerations for driving a forklift safely on a road, environmental factors affecting the safe driving of a forklift on a road; and demonstrate procedures for driving a forklift safely and legally on a road.
