People credited for this unit standard are able to: demonstrate knowledge of criminal legislation and regional council requirements relevant to nutrient-applicator operators and drivers; describe civil and criminal liability in the transportation and application of nutrients; and demonstrate knowledge of risk management as it applies to transporting and applying nutrients.
