This unit standard is intended for the training and assessment of people working in or intending to work in the electronic security industry and covers the installation of cable support systems and cables.
People credited with this unit are able to:
- install electronic security cable support systems in both accessible and difficult locations;
- install cables on, or in, cable support systems; and
- penetrate cable barriers.
