Strategic Purpose Statement |
On completion of this qualification graduates will be able to work in junior and middle management roles within the travel and tourism industry, with knowledge of the travel and tourism environment and product, competence in computer reservations systems, finance, funding and law in the travel and tourism industries, marketing for the travel and tourism industries, and competence in hospitality management, passenger transport operations, tourism development planning, HR management, and visitor attraction management. This qualification leads directly into employment or into further higher level studies in travel, tourism, hospitality management or related fields.

Entry Requirements |
Entry requirements to this course are that learners must: be 18 years of age or older have completed high school meet the required level of English (IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 500) or achieve the required level in the English language placement test administered by ITC. hold a valid visa and insurance Entry requirements are appropriate to the level of study, and applicants will also be interviewed in person (either by an appointed recruitment agent or college staff member) to discuss their motivation for enrolment, their career goals, and to assess their likelihood of completion. Student selection is based on their meeting the course entry criteria and the outcome of their personal interview. Where there are more applicants than places available the College employs a 'first come-first served' policy in that enrolments are taken sequentially.
