Graduates of this qualification will be able to:
- Reflect upon a range of holistic educational processes and select and apply those that are relevant to the social, cultural, or spiritual context. - Apply a range of educational skills and approaches in the learning environment as informed by an understanding of the chosen holistic educational philosophy. - Communicate effectively with learning community stakeholders by applying appropriate communication strategies in relevant contexts, including interpersonal, Tangata Whenua, intercultural, public, Te Tiriti and/or professional communication. - Respond to learners with sensitivity to their diverse needs and their contexts in accordance with the chosen holistic educational philosophy. - Apply innovative, collaborative, creative and principle-based approaches to learning, teaching, assessment, and evaluation. - Use feedback to reflect on own practice and explore options for improvement of own educational practice. |
