Graduates of this programme will have knowledge of botany, vertebrate and inverterbrate biology, zero waste management, waste water management, conservation issues and perspectives, biological surveying, outdoor risk management and leadership, practical skills, ecological restoration, coastal management, biological surveying, environmental reporting/research project, freshwater ecology and monitoring, biological statistics, biosecurity and geology of New Zealand.
