Content |
Kaitiakitanga: Post Graduate Diploma of Bicultural Professional Supervision moves the ākonga through a process of ata wetewete/humanistic deconstruction, into positions of wero/dissonance, mauri ohooho/conscientisation into positions of te mahorahora/emancipation and te hangahoutia/transformation allowing participants to develop cultural and professional competencies with proficiency.
Through rangahau, graduates will develop their own kaitiakitanga model of professional supervision and integrate this into their professional practice. The programme will culminate in presenting at a national TWoA conference demonstrating the validity of their developed bicultural model of kaitiakitanga/ supervision and contributing to the growing indigenous body of knowledge on kaitiakitanga. |
