Computer Graphic Design is a creative process that combines art and technology to communicate ideas.The two main areas of study are digital graphic design and time based media.
Digital graphic design is the study of the design, creation and communication of two-dimensional graphic imagery and information. Elective areas of study include advertising, package design, publication design, book arts, digital typography, exhibition design, system design, computer illustration and image text printmaking.
Time based media is the study of the design, creation and communication of imagery and information that are inherently dynamic or which move. Time based media elective areas include animation, video, interactive media sound design, 3D modelling, type in motion and online media.
The Masters degree involves a written thesis based on student's research initiatives; exhibition; methods.

Credits

The credit value relates to the size of the qualification. One credit equates to ten hours of learning. One year's full-time study at a provider is usually 120 credits, but if you are studying part-time or in the work place the credit value may vary.
