The graduate will: 1. Work ethically, competently, professionally and within applicable scope of practice, cultural contexts and legislation. 2. Understand, demonstrate knowledge and competently apply any Health and Safety requirements 3. Competently understands legislation directly related to Plumbing and Gasfitting including client rights. 4. Competently communicate with work colleges, clients and the general public in a manner that would be described as culturally safe. 5. Demonstrate trade practise in a manner that would be described as culturally aware. 6. Identify and act appropriately in situations which would otherwise compromise safety to themselves or the public. 7. Work co-operatively and collaboratively with other trades and members of their own profession 8. Be responsible and accountable for their own practice, continuing professional development and education. 9. Review and evaluate the appropriateness of their practice and their contribution to public health and safety. 10. Apply critical and problem based thinking and solving in their everyday activities.
