Graduates of this programme are able to apply skills and knowledge to be competent to: work effectively as part of a professional live sound team, work effectively as part of a lighting and associated event production team, communicate effectively with music industry professionals, apply a range of skills to participate in the Entertainment Industry, apply a range of both directed and self directed skills in live sound, lighting and event production, to progress into tertiary training at Level 5.

Entry Requirements |
Applicants for whom English is a second language must meet IELTS (or equivalent) Level 5.5 or above. Selection Criteria apply: an interview process will be used to determine a candidate?s suitability to the programme and industry. The following criteria will be used to prioritise candidates: relevant industry experience and/or secondary school level of achievement, including: the successful completion of at least NCEA Level One Maths, Physics and Music.
