Strategic Purpose Statement |
This qualification is for team-leaders in Competitive Manufacturing who require a level of competence to act as an interface between members of their team and supervisors and managers. Graduates of this programme will be able to apply skills and knowledge to be able to: practically apply the leadership of competitive manufacturing processes at a supervisory or team leader level in their place of work, increase their knowledge and skills of competitive manufacturing processes and practices, have the opportunity to lead processes to improve productivity and efficiency in their workplace at a supervisory or team leader level, develop a set of transferable skills that can be built upon in the future in a range of work environments and can be adapted to the needs of a specific workplace.

Entry Requirements |
Applicants must be in a position in a place of work, which is able to support the project work required within the delivery and assessment model. Please contact the institution for details. Applicants for whom English is a second language must meet IELTS (or equivalent) Level 5.5 or above. Special Entry may be granted where evidence exists that the applicant can successfully completes the programme. Please contact the Institution for details.
