Assessor Support - Assessment & Moderation
Are you interested in improving your assessment practice?
Are you new to standards-based learning and NCEA?
Are you looking for opportunities to network and build learning communities?
NZQA offers a variety of online learning options and workshops to help assessors with the assessment of internally-assessed standards.
Assessors may access online courses at any time and at no cost. The options available include a new series of online ‘bite-sized modules’, short courses and a range of longer Best Practice Workshops.
They focus on a variety of subjects and standards, including some generic modules relevant to all subjects. This content is accessible for free via the Education Sector Logon. Assessors can self-enrol and access the materials at any time that suits them.
NZQA also continues to provide face-to-face Best Practice Workshops and targeted support on request.
Please visit the pages below to learn about how to access or register for the available options.
