Changes to the Approved Subjects list for University Entrance
The Approved Subjects list for University Entrance (UE) has been amended for the 2021 and 2022 academic years, allowing students piloting the new draft Te Ao Haka achievement standards to use them towards meeting the approved subjects requirement for UE.
Four Te Ao Haka achievement standards (AS91984-AS91987) have been temporarily added to the List after consultation with universities and Universities New Zealand – Te Pōkai Tara.
Details about the pilot of Te Ao Haka achievement standards can be found on the Ministry of Education website here.
The current list of Approved Subjects is available on the NZQA website here.
