This unit standard is for people working as officers
in a prison environment and covers the use of control and
restraint responses.
People credited with this unit standard are able to:
. demonstrate knowledge of C and R responses in a prison;
. implement C and R responses in a prison in accordance with C and R policies and procedures;
. demonstrate knowledge of the documentation process following C and R responses in a prison; and
. demonstrate knowledge of the review and debrief process following C and R responses in a prison.
