People credited with unit standard are able to: demonstrate knowledge of the rights and responsibilities of workers and employers under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015;
identify hazards and explain procedures for dealing with hazards in apparel and textile manufacturing; and demonstrate safe working practices in apparel and textile manufacturing.
