People credited with this unit standard are able to: describe the procedures for gaining Resource Consent for a selected aquaculture associated activity; describe the procedures for gaining legal authorisation for the selected aquaculture associated activity; and complete the legal authorisation application documentation for the selected aquaculture associated activity under the current legislation.
