People credited with this unit standard are able to describe: the application of monitoring, corrective action, and verification for pre-slaughter and post-mortem examination of poultry; the application of statistical process control tools for pre-slaughter and post-mortem examination and final product inspection of poultry; and, effective auditing processes, techniques, standards, and regulatory requirements for pre-slaughter and post-mortem examination of poultry. They will also be able to apply statistical process control tools for pre-slaughter, post-mortem examination, and final product inspection of poultry.
