This unit standard is intended for people who are members of the New Zealand Cadet Forces or those who are interested in the New Zealand Defence Force.
People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate knowledge of leadership theory and NZCF leader responsibilities; and demonstrate leadership skills as part of an NZCF small group.
