This unit standard is for people working in the resource recovery industry who wish to become a secondhand certificate and/or licence holder under the Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 2004 (the Act).
People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate knowledge of the Act in relation to reusable goods; and demonstrate knowledge of consumer, trading, and sales legislation in relation to reusable goods.
