An annotated exemplar is an extract of student evidence, with a commentary, to explain key aspects of the standard. They assist teachers to make assessment judgements at the grade boundaries.

Level 1

  • AS90909 - Give a spoken presentation in Spanish that communicates a personal response (1.2)
  • AS90910 - Interact Using Spoken Spanish to Communicate Personal Information, Ideas and Opinions in Different Situations (1.3)
  • AS90912 - Write a Variety of Text Types in Spanish on Areas of Most Immediate Relevance (1.5)

Level 2

  • AS91149 - Interact using spoken Spanish to share information and justify ideas and opinions in different situations (2.3)
  • AS91150 - Give a spoken presentation in Spanish that communicates information, ideas and opinions (2.2)
  • AS91152 - Write a variety of text types in Spanish to convey information, ideas, and opinions in genuine contexts (2.5)

Level 3

  • AS91569 - Give a clear spoken presentation in Spanish that communicates a critical response to stimulus material (3.2)
  • AS91570 - Interact clearly using spoken Spanish to explore and justify varied ideas and perspectives in different situations (3.3)
  • AS91572 - Write a variety of text types in clear Spanish to explore and justify varied ideas and perspectives (3.5)
