Graduates of the Master of Business degree will:
Apply a critical thinking perspective to the process of problem solving and decision making Make effective use of contemporary technological processes to communicate effectively across a wide range of media Use creative and courageous methodologies to respond to rapidly changing workplace demands in an independent, resourceful, and conscientious manner Understand and apply the primary principles and models of contemporary organisational management theory, and have integrated these principles into a practical management capability Apply an effective blend of short, medium and long term perspectives to the processes necessary to create maximum added value for organisations Commit to a consistent pattern of developing and nurturing collaborative interpersonal relationships within and outside the organisation Accept ownership of the primary responsibility for personal and professional career advancement Apply the necessary elements of a reliable and valid approach to research, and confidently demonstrate those elements through the production of a valuable report within a business setting. |

Programme specific admission requirements:
Before being considered for admission, an applicant must meet the following requirements: a. For an applicant with a bachelor's degree in the same or similar discipline, or b. For an applicant with a bachelor's degree in an unrelated discipline or competencies equivalent to a bachelor level graduate. An applicant may be considered for special admission if he/she has: a. An undergraduate degree in an unrelated discipline, with merit achievement, b. A graduate diploma qualification in the same or similar discipline, with a B grade average or better, |

The programme contains two compulsory courses of 30 credits each (60 credits): APMG 8099, APMG 8070. Students must also complete four elective courses of 30 credits each and a 60 credit research report, or three elective courses of 30 credits each and a 90 credit thesis.
