Graduates of this qualification will be able to:
- Apply knowledge of healthcare management principles, integrating both theoretical concepts and practical applications to establish effective management strategies within healthcare organisations. - Plan an approach to healthcare management challenges from a theoretical and practical perspective to consider a variety of stakeholder needs within healthcare organisations. - Apply theoretical concepts and/or technical methodologies to a range of situations, including ethical, sustainability, community awareness to analyse and generate solutions to healthcare needs of the community including Tangata Whaikaha, Māori and Pacific people - Select, adapt and apply a range of operational healthcare specific processes to manage the daily running of a healthcare organisation. |
