People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate knowledge of global indicators, terminology, abbreviations, fare differences, and journey definitions as they relate to fare construction and IATA definitions; construct normal fares using the IATA mileage system; construct special fares using the IATA mileage system; and recalculate ticketed fares and produce ticket information for reissues.
