You should submit learners' results online in the providers portal.

Reporting the award of New Zealand qualifications and micro-credentials

Tertiary providers can report the award of New Zealand qualifications and micro-credentials they have an approved or accredited programme for.

This goes directly on to a learner’s New Zealand Record of Achievement.

Tertiary providers can report the award of qualification and micro-credentials in the providers portal.

For each learner, a provider must enter:

  • the learner’s National Student Number
  • the date of the achievement
  • the name of the micro-credential or New Zealand qualification achieved.

Issuing qualification documents

Providers can award and issue New Zealand qualifications listed at Levels 1 to 6 on the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF).
