People credited with this unit standard are able to: identify agencies and organisations that provide support services for people with disabilities, and describe their objectives; describe the major policies, philosophy, and services provided by agencies and organisations that provide support for people with disabilities; identify a gap that exists in current services to people from one disability group; and describe the impact of inclusion on service delivery.
